The Impact in Action: Siva’s Manager Shares the Benefits of Her Apprenticeship

Siva’s manager, Ed, shared that her learning throughout the apprenticeship has had a significant and measurable impact on their team. Through her final project, Siva was able to research and implement opportunities for service development, resulting in streamlined procedures, cost savings, improved data storage, and enhanced remote access. Her growing confidence has also meant she now responds to external agency queries independently and takes initiative in planning the team’s administrative responsibilities. Thanks to Siva’s contributions, the service has seen an increase in clinical contact time with patients, smoother information transfer between therapists, and a reduction in administrative workload, ultimately improving efficiency and continuity of care.
