Learners who undertake the Level 5 Children, Young People and Family Manager apprenticeship will ensure direction, alignment and commitment within their own practice and their team.
The Level 5 Leader in Adult Care will guide and inspire their teams to make a positive difference to someone’s life when they are faced with certain difficulties. A leader in adult care may have the responsibility of financial control, business development, organising tasks within their team and managing risks.
