The Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship is designed to reflect the work of administration staff across a wide range of industries and organisations. This apprenticeship is for those who are working with a high degree of autonomy and personal responsibility. Learners will acquire a variety of skills throughout this apprenticeship, including understanding their organisation’s purpose, working with internal and external customers, developing a range of IT skills, analysing, informing, and drafting reports and confidently understanding business principles.
This apprenticeship comes with a range of responsibilities. Learners must support and engage with various parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers. Within their apprenticeship learners must demonstrate effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopt a proactive approach to develop their skills set. They are also expected to show initiative, manage priorities, solve problems, and take on the responsibility of others through mentoring or coaching.
Learners without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this prior to taking their End Point Assessment.
