Accessing Your Course
• Log in and go to your Home Page.
• Select View Details to see learning materials and assessments.
• Open a unit by clicking the arrow next to the unit title.
• Access materials via the Learning Content link.
Assessments & Submission
• Click the Assessment tab to complete questions or upload documents.
• Save regularly to avoid losing work.
• Submitted work is marked by your tutor; feedback is provided via the platform.
Application & Compliance
• Upload valid ID during enrolment.
• Compliance checks take 5–7 working days.
• Respond promptly to any queries to avoid withdrawal.
• ⚠ Only one course can be studied at a time.
• Until all requirements are met, your first unit will remain locked.

• Forgotten password / any issues → Email admin@protrain-solutions.co.uk
• Can’t see your assessment → Check Assessments or Teaching, Learning & Assessment Plan.

• ⚠ Only one course can be studied at a time. OneFile is fully managed by PTS. We can create your account, track your progress, and support you throughout your course.
Once your account is created, you will receive an email from OneFile with your login details — sent to the same email as your application.
Check your spam/junk folder if it’s not in your inbox. Courses are split into learning materials, assessments, reflections, and evidence for easier navigation.
