She is passionate about supporting the learning and development of apprentices and all learners, and brings extensive experience working with Apprenticeship frameworks, specifically:

• Business Improvement Techniques (B.I.T.) Level 2 and 3

• Functional Skills in English and Maths at Entry Level 3, Level 1, and Level 2
