Lynne has worked in the childcare sector for over 30 years, beginning as a volunteer supporting children with Special Educational Needs and progressing into roles such as room leader in day nurseries and private nannying. For the past 15+ years, she has been a dedicated member of PTS, starting as an assessor and developing into an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) across both childcare and teaching assistant qualifications.

She is passionate about her work and takes pride in using her extensive knowledge and experience to support learners in achieving their full potential. Lynne is dedicated to promoting high standards in education, ensuring quality teaching, and maintaining excellence in assessment practices.
