I am currently studying my BA honours in early years and practice, I have worked within early years for over 20 years predominantly in preschools and nurseries, with 10 years management experience, I found my passion is supporting staff to reach their full potential in delivering high quality education to the Early Years sector.  I look forward to inspiring others to do the same.
