Chantelle has nearly 30 years of experience in Health & Social Care, both hands-on and within the training and Apprenticeship sector. She is a qualified and experienced Trainer, Assessor, IQA and Apprenticeship Manager. Chantelle is responsible for overseeing the Health & Social Care team, whilst supporting employers and learners to succeed throughout their learning journey.

Chantelle is also our Designated Safeguarding Lead and Well-being Champion, actively promoting the safety, protection and well-being of all learners, staff and employers. She regularly shares updates, guidance and information to keep everyone informed about safeguarding, whilst also promoting positive well-being and ensuring individuals feel supported throughout their time with Professional Training Solutions.

Chantelle is also an active member of the Route Panel for the Institute for Apprenticeships, where she is part of the decision-making team for Care-related Apprenticeships.
