Today, we want to highlight the incredible efforts of Chantelle, our Health & Social Care Programme Manager, who is leading a fundraising campaign to support MAKE@Aldingbourne Trust.
A Community in Need
On the weekend of April 20th, MAKE@Aldingbourne Trust, a vital organization supporting adults with additional needs, faced a devastating setback. Heartless individuals broke in and stole money that was crucial for the Trust’s operations. This stolen money was not just cash; it represented countless hours of hard work by people with learning disabilities, helping them gain new skills and achieve greater independence.
MAKE@Aldingbourne Trust provides a safe and nurturing environment where individuals with learning disabilities can learn, grow, and thrive. The money taken was essential in funding the programs that make such a positive impact on their lives.
Chantelle’s Mission
Moved by this tragic event, Chantelle has stepped up to help restore the stolen funds and ensure that the Trust can continue its important work. She has set a fundraising goal of £1,700 to help MAKE@Aldingbourne Trust recover and continue supporting the adults who rely on their services.
