Assessment for this qualification includes both knowledge-based and practical assessments to ensure you can demonstrate the skills required of a door supervisor.
You will complete multiple-choice examinations covering the knowledge elements of the course, alongside practical assessments in areas such as conflict management and physical intervention.
You will need to successfully complete all required assessments to achieve the qualification.

Our Enrolment Team will process your application and ask you to complete an application form. Once enrolled, you will be assigned a tutor who will support you throughout your course and can be contacted by phone, text or email.
As you work through your course, you will receive email reminders when your units are due. Your tutor will mark your work and return it to you within 7 days, providing support and feedback throughout your learning.
Once you have successfully completed your course, we will apply for your certificate. Your certificate will then be posted directly to your home address, usually within 2–4 weeks.
Completing this qualification can support your progression into employment within the private security industry and enable you to apply for an SIA Door Supervisor licence, subject to meeting the SIA’s licensing requirements.
