Stephanie Archdeacon

After completing my Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education, I began my journey as a Learning Support Assistant in an infant school. During this time, I gained valuable experience working with children with various Special Educational Needs and had the opportunity to take on the role of SENCO.

I then transitioned to becoming a private nanny while simultaneously running a crèche facility, further developing my expertise in early childhood care. My passion for working with nursery-age children became evident when I joined a nursery senior team, where I discovered my true calling in early years education.

Inspired by these experiences, I felt a strong desire to support and guide others in the field, helping them develop their skills and succeed in their careers. Becoming an Assessor was a natural progression, allowing me to combine my industry knowledge with my passion for training, coaching, and mentoring the next generation of early years professionals.
