I have a BA Hons in Special Educational Needs as well as completing my level 3 in Childcare and Health and Social Care , I have worked within the Education sector for around 8 years predominantly in Special Needs Schools and Early Years with 3 years management experience, I found one of my passions is supporting staff to reach their full potential in delivering high quality education to support the children in our care.
