Amanda is an experienced Quality Manager specialising in apprenticeship programs, with a strong track record of driving excellence in vocational education and training. With over 30 years in the education and skills sector, Amanda is dedicated to ensuring high standards of delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement across all apprenticeship provisions.
In their role, Amanda leads on internal quality assurance, regulatory compliance (including Ofsted, ESFA, and awarding body standards), and the implementation of robust quality frameworks that support learner success and employer satisfaction. Amanda works closely with curriculum teams, assessors, and external stakeholders to embed a culture of quality and accountability.
Passionate about the transformative power of apprenticeships, Amanda is committed to helping organisations deliver programs that meet industry needs while enabling learners to thrive in their chosen careers.  In their role, she leads the strategic planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of Functional Skills provision, ensuring alignment with national standards and regulatory requirements.  Amanda champions inclusive education and is committed to helping individuals achieve confidence and competence in their core skills, whether they are apprentices, adult learners, or those returning to education after a break.
