The Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship is for those who are in a management role. Learners would be responsible for managing a team to ensure processes are seamless. They provide direction, instructions, and guidance to ensure goals within the business are met. This apprenticeship is suited for a range of sectors, responsibilities may vary depending on the organisation, however; knowledge and skills set will stay the same.
Learners are likely to be responsible for supporting, managing, and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships internally and externally.
Learners without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this prior to taking their End Point Assessment.
