The objective of this qualification is to develop the learner’s understanding of a range of mental health problems, which could be used to support their role in the workplace or everyday life.
To be awarded the Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems, learners are required to successfully complete 13 mandatory units.
Our level 2 certificates are delivered via our e-learning platform and broken down into units. Access to this site will be given once inducted onto the course. Learners are assigned a member of our assessment team to guide and support them through the qualification albeit remotely.
Our assessors will mark the learner’s work on an ongoing basis and give regular feedback. Generally, these courses take 12 weeks to complete.
There is no prior qualification needed to access this qualification, although the learner must be aged 16 years or over.
