Jackie has a background of working at the Training & Enterprise Council, Learning & Skills Council, Business Link, SEEDA and Surrey County Council and is a qualified Project Manager. She leads with the business management, marketing and bids for the various funding streams we have access to. Working closely with clients, key stakeholders and partners, Jackie brings the latest developments and funding opportunities to all of our clients.
John O’Sullivan

John has held several senior position within the UK retail business, almost entirely within the Sainsbury’s organisation.
Following retirement from corporate life become MD of his own company spending several years in the Financial services sector in derivative trading & training.
Chrissy Payne
Associate Director
Chrissy has over 10 years’ experience in the FE sector with assessing and delivery at the heart of this experience. Chrissy heads up the sales and marketing side of PTS, whilst supporting the day to day running of the business.
Chrissy is passionate about making a positive impact to employers and learners that work with PTS.
Neil Hardie
Director
With over 25 years of successfully managing small businesses, Neil oversees the finance & IT of Professional Training Solutions ensuring the business remains efficient & profitable. Managing the complexities of government funding is a real challenge, and one we embrace whilst trying to meet the needs of our clients. Neil has also overseen the implementation of a range of new systems & processes over the last few years as we evolve with technological change.

With responsibility for the full curriculum and training programme within Professional Training Solutions, as well as quality and working with our awarding bodies and clients, Sharon is a qualified and experienced tutor and trainer as well as an Early Years Professional. Sharon writes and designs all our programmes ensuring they are of the highest quality, something we pride ourselves in.
Dee Hughes
Executive Assistant
Dee has a wealth of experience as an EA/PA & Officer Manager, previously working quite extensively within the legal sector. Dee provides executive assistance to all Directors, ensuring processes are effective and timely. Dee helps to organise business-related tasks for the team including meetings, reports and other organisational tasks.

Functional Skills & Business Programme Manager
As a qualified teacher and English and Maths GCSE Tutor, Amanda is a key member of our team ensuring our learners have the required literacy, numeracy and ICT skills for them to do their jobs, as well as meeting the requirements of the Apprenticeship programmes for functional skills.
Rachel Fry
Exam Coordinator
Rachel is our Exam Coordinator and is responsible for all exams processes. She works closely with our chosen awarding bodies and end point assessment organisations to ensure processes are seamless for learners to receive their qualifications.

Recruitment Executive
Lucy works closely with our clients to help guide them through the recruitment of an apprentice from their first enquiry to the successful placement of an apprentice ensuring the process is seamless. Lucy works closely with Jackie Denyer, Chrissy Payne and Jay Crabb.
Becci Fryer

Becci started with Professional Training Solutions as a learner in 2010 after completing her A1 assessor’s award following many years working in education and childcare. Becci then progressed onto a freelance assessor and joined as a full-time member of staff in 2018. She now tutors for the childcare team in Teaching Assisting and Early Year qualifications.

Alex is our bookkeeper with responsibility of managing the day-day accounts for the business, to ensure everything is both accurate and recorded. Alex is currently studying for his chartered accountancy exam.
Robyn Smith
ESF Project Manager
Robyn is the Programme Manager for the Education and Childcare sector at PTS and has worked in training and education since 2014 managing learners and assessors. She has experience in Apprenticeship, AEB and traineeship programmes in a range of sectors and also coordinates the suite of First Aid courses. As a qualified Tutor and Assessor in management, operations and first aid qualifications, she oversees the Childcare assessors support employers and learners to succeed in their learning journey.
Malachi Small
Employability Coach
Malachi is a trained and qualified assessor. He has an extensive background in Hospitality delivering both back of house and front of house provision. Malachi is a key member of the Functional Skills and Business team delivering employability programmes to Kickstarter’s aged 16-24. Malachi has a passion for assessing and coaching learners through there learner journey.

Rachel forms a part of the Functional Skills team. As a qualified teacher, she enjoys delivering literacy and numeracy skills to her learners; working in a group and with individuals, to guide them towards achieving their Functional Skills qualifications.
Preeti Singla

Preeti forms a part of the Functional Skills team. She works closely with apprentices and AEB learners to ensure they have achieved their English and Maths qualifications to be able to progress in their respective careers.
Vicky Summers

Vicky forms a part of the Health and Social Care team and is responsible for meeting with learners to support them through their apprenticeships, providing training either remotely or face to face. Vicky provides tasks and feedback to learners, ensuring they are successful with their learning.

Tammy has over 14 years’ experience working in nurseries settings, and in 2020 she qualified as an Early Years assessor. Tammy roles and responsibilities include working with learners, ensuring they are succeeding in their learning. Tammy specialises in teaching and assessing the Early Years Practitioner Level 2 and the Early Years Educator Level 3.
Iara Cavaca

Iara’s roles and responsibilities include assisting Lucy and Paige within Sales and Marketing. Iara plays a key part in supporting companies towards the Kickstart Scheme. Her day to day tasks includes overseeing National Apprenticeship Service, posting job vacancies on relevant social platforms and requesting CVs from applicants.

Joanna has twenty years’ experience in Apprenticeships, work-based learning, and the FE sector. She has a passion for supporting the development of individuals, powering potential, and improving social mobility. As the Head of Delivery at PTS, Joanna oversees all elements of the delivery team, driving innovative solutions to learning and ensuring quality standards and kite marks are maintained to provide the best possible experience for our learners, employers, stakeholders, and staff.
Fatai Oseni
ESF Partner and Employer Engagement Officer
Fatai is responsible for partner and employer engagement of our ESF Programme. Fatai works with key partners and stakeholders – agreeing and implementing strategies to recruit new learners onto the programme. Fatai offers a total training solution, including apprenticeships and Traineeships to all employers. Fatai works closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for the programme.
Daniella Asamoah-Manu

Daniella acts as the point of contact for candidates looking to enrol on an apprenticeship or training course with Professional Training Solutions. Offering the information advice and guidance for the relevant course and taking them through the onboarding process.
Jay Crabb
Sales Manager
Jay began his career in work-based learning and as a result has a passion for supporting employers with identifying tailored training and funding solutions, along with providing learners with real learning and development opportunities via experiential learning. Jay leads the sale and recruitment team in developing sustainable partnerships through providing win-win solutions and consultive selling techniques to forge mutually beneficial partnerships. Jay wants to now support PTS in continuing to be a market leader in work-based learning and help inspire employers and learners to achieve their goals.
Emon Ambia
Data & compliance Coordinator
Emon is responsible for developing reports for various teams within PTS and supports with reconciliation. Previously, Emon worked for several training providers and FE Colleges and has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the sector relating to funding and compliance across multiple streams.
Nicki Owen
Marketing Manager
Nicki joined PTS as their Marketing Manager to enable the business to grow through an integrated brand and communication strategy aligned with sales. A cross-channel professional marketeer with over 25 years business experience, she started out as an apprentice at British Gas and has since worked at IBM UK, The Goodwood Estate, Denplan and more recently as a self-employed consultant helping businesses of all sizes to benefit from marketing communications.

Quality Manager
Ann has worked with Apprenticeship and FE delivery for over 15 years and brings a wealth of experience in quality assurance. Education is her passion, and she implements the highest standards and the most streamlined systems to ensure that students, employers, stakeholders and staff experience the ultimate quality from the sign up write through to destination. As Quality Manager she leads on all quality procedures within PTS from delivery to compliance, working closely with all internal departments, external awarding bodies and quality Matrix to ensure that we are constantly exceeding standards.

As an Employability Coach, Andrew is responsible for carrying out teaching, learning and assessment of work-based learners completing traineeship programmes. Andrew provides learners with engaging teaching ensuring it maximizes their progression into the workplace, aiming for employment or further education.

Carly is our Programme Manager for the Employability and Kickstart scheme and is very experienced in delivering and managing many different government contracts. Carly oversees the Employability Coach’s and supports them and their learners to gain employment or further education.

Sabbir joined Professional Training Solutions as our Business Support Project Administrator. Sabbir is responsible for producing reports, monitoring, and evaluating learner and employer surveys, whilst supporting Business Admin with day-to-day tasks.

Jess works within the Business Admin team as a Business Support Apprentice. Jess is responsible for overseeing our AEB contract. Her day-to-day tasks screening applications, the enrolment process, learner registrations and supporting the Functional Skills team.

Marilyn is a Functional Skills tutor teaching a variety of levels. Previously, Marilyn worked as a freelancer for PTS and has now joined as a permanent member of the team. Marilyn is responsible for working with learners, ensuring they are succeeding in their Functional Skills learning.

Fransisca has over 20 years of experience within the hospitality industry, and in 2019 she qualified as an Assessor. Her roles and responsibilities include providing apprenticeship teaching and support of work-based learners completing apprenticeship programmes. Fransisca specialises in teaching and assessing in Events, Customer Services, Business Administration and Team Leading from Level 2 and Level 3.

Jennifer has 6 years’ worth of experience in Early Years settings. Jennifer is responsible for supporting nurseries across South London and working with learners, ensuring they are succeeding in their learning and encouraging them to further themselves.

Gemma has been working in Nurseries for 9 years having graduated from Roehampton University in 2012 and qualified as an Early Years assessor through PTS in 2021. Gemma’s roles and responsibilities include working with learners, ensuring they are succeeding in their learning and encouraging them to further themselves.

Angela has worked in the training and education sector for 17 years in assessor, IQA and Quality Leadership and Management roles. Angela works closely with the Quality Manager to ensure the quality and consistency of assessment practices within the business.

Chantelle has over 25 years of experience in Health & Social Care, both hands-on and within the training and Apprenticeship sector and she is a qualified and experienced Trainer, Assessor, IQA and Apprenticeship Manager. Chantelle is responsible for overseeing the Health & Social Care team, whilst supporting employers and learners to succeed in their learning journey.

Gary is responsible for upholding and overseeing the integrity of our data in line with our contracts. To provide accurate and timely management information to the senior team and provide accurate data submissions for government-funded training provision.

Linda is part of the Health and Social Care team. She is responsible for meeting with learners to support them through their apprenticeships in adult care, providing training either remotely or face to face. Her IQA assesor role also requires her to support other assessors and ensure the quality of PTS’ apprenticeships.

Zoe manages our education supply chain and subcontractors, working closely in partnership to add value to our curriculum and business. Enhancing learning opportunities and meeting local and national skills needs. Zoe works closely with Chrissy Payne, Jackie Denyer, and Gary Tarbuck.

Sharon’s role as Tutor Assessor is to support learners to achieving their level 3, 5 diplomas in Residential childcare, as well as the apprenticeships CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES’ MANAGER level 5 and CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES’ PRACTITIONER. level 4.
Sharon works closely with learners, their line managers and the delivery team, headed up by Chantelle Byng to deliver an excellent service that supports learners to achieve the expected qualifications.
Charlene Duplock
Business Development Manager
Charlene has a real passion for apprenticeships with 12years in the industry now providing new business and managing existing contracts with our employers. She works closely with Jay the Sales Manager who leads the sales and recruitment department. Working closely with Lucy she is able to contribute to the recruitment process in this way as well as continue to grow awareness of PTS with Nicki and Millie in marketing. She wants to continue to expand PTS further by continuing to bring employers and learners forward to support them onto the work-based learning, Recruitment and overall inspire employers and learners to achieve their goals.

Responsible for the oversight and implementation of Internal Quality Assurance procedures within this sector and for supporting the Quality Manager to standardise the quality of delivery across the company.
Madeeha Pervaiz
Education and Childcare Assessor/Tutor
I have around 15 years of experience in the Education industry, I have experience working across KS1 and early KS2 as well specialising Early Years. I have BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies and I am working towards qualifying as an Assessor. My roles and responsibilities include providing teaching and learning within the early years and STL apprenticeship programme, as well as providing support for work-based learners along their apprenticeship journey. I provide teaching and assessing in Year Years Practitioner, Early Years Educator, EY Lead Practitioner as well as Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Level 2 and 3.
Sam Cary
MIS Enrolment Manager
Sam works closely with all departments across PTS to ensure compliance in all areas. She works closely with Gary in MIS Management and her day-to-day tasks include; carrying out audits, maintaining our funding records and ensuring compliance for all apprentices and employers.
Jay Gray
Health & Social Care Assessor/IQA
Jay is an experienced Assessor and IQA. Jay will be supporting learners to achieve their Apprenticeship, Diploma and short courses in all aspects of care. Jay sits in Chantelle`s team.
Jay`s main responsibilities include mentoring learners, providing feedback and fairly assessing evidence. Jay will be supporting with quality assurance and play an active part in standardization meetings.
